Built a WordPress site for a historic yacht club in Kobe (established 1890, reconstituted 2026), including a members-only area with gated pages behind login.
Handled the build end to end, from local development through to deployment on Japanese hosting, DNS and SSL setup, and security hardening.
Audited and optimised a Japanese e-commerce platform, fixing database query bottlenecks, cutting image payloads with edge caching, and setting up a CI/CD pipeline.
The initial audit converted into follow-on contracts, including a security audit of the client's file storage platform.
A native app to help non-verbal people communicate via text-to-speech. Users can create blocks with images and text, and when clicked, the app speaks the text.
